1. Service Agreement

Services will be provided based on your specific request and the information you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond our capacity.
All service requests are subject to availability and may be scheduled accordingly.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and approved financing options.
For insurance-covered claims, payment responsibility may be shared between you and your insurer.
Any outstanding balance after insurance payment is due immediately from the customer.
3. Estimates and Authorization
Estimates provided are based on current information and are subject to change if additional work is needed.
You must authorize any repairs or additional services beyond the original estimate before work proceeds.
We will not be responsible for delays caused by awaiting parts or approvals.
4. Vehicle Storage and Liability
We may provide temporary storage for vehicles during repair or towing services.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
We take reasonable care of your vehicle; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Insurance and Third-Party Billing
If your insurance company is paying for services, you authorize us to communicate directly with them.
You agree to pay any portion not covered by your insurer.
You authorize us to endorse and deposit checks made payable to you for services rendered.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation fees may apply if notice is not given within a reasonable timeframe.
No-shows may be subject to fees or service refusal in the future.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Hook It Towing and Collision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.
8. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your service, including texts, calls, and emails.
Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Texas.
